Armies may be chosen from the two FoW Mid-War sourcebooks: North Africa and Eastern Front. Official Mid-War Briefings (.pdfs) may also be used. Please see the NorCal Rules clarifications for rules adjustments that are being in used in the NorCal Tournament Circuit.
